On Saturday, March 20th, two-person teams will compete to generate the most power over the course of 30 minutes.  Registration is open to the first 20 teams and ends Friday, March 19.

 Pedal Power is a family-friendly event however we recommend children under 12 participate with an adult teammate.  Team members should bring their own bicycles to ride during the competition and only one rider per bike is permitted during the 30 minute competition (i.e. no relays).  Endorphin Fitness coaches will assist cyclists with bike set up and coaching through bike speed changes during the 30 minute competition.

A $20 registration fee per individual ($40 per team) is due in advance of the event.  No onsite registrations can be accepted.  Registration fees help to offset event costs and proceeds will benefit TechReach of Central Virginia.

 
Team members should plan to arrive promptly at 9:00 AM to allow time for bike set up, warm up activity and to receive basic instruction.  Endorphin Fitness is located at 8910 Patterson Avenue, Richmond, approximately one quarter mile West of the Parham Road and Patterson Avenue intersection.  Entrance to Endorphin Fitness is located at the rear of the building towards the alley.  Nearby parking is located in the adjacent CVS Pharmacy parking lot and the Endorphin Fitness entrance is to the left of the pharmacy.  For further assistance with directions to the facility call 804.741.1599.
